Frequently Asked Questions

I respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.  


Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.  


It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as family emergency, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel, I will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will apply. 


Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.  You will not be able to schedule any services until the reserved service amount is paid.

Yes! My scheduling is based on a first come first served basis. So if there is an open times slot, feel free to book it!


ANY NEW CLIENT MUST SCHEDULE A FREE MEET MEET-N-GREET THROUGH THE SCHEDULING PORTAL BEFORE THE START OF YOUR SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT BOOK A MEET-N-GREET OR DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH YOUR MEET-N-GREET THEN YOUR SERVICES WILL BE CANCELLED.

I do not offer overnight services. 

I currently service Manchester, Blackwell, Woodland Heights, Downtown, Church Hill, Reddy Creek, Forest Hill, Westover Hills, West Lake Hills, Stratford Hills, The Fan District, Carytown, Maymont, East Highland Park, Shockoe Bottom.


If you are located outside of my service area, you will be charged a $10 travel fee per visit. I accept out of area clients on a case-by-case basis. Outside of Service Area include: Short Pump, Tuckahoe, Moseley, Glen Allen, Ashland, Chester, Highland Springs, Montrose, Varina, Mechanicsville, Atlee

Payment for services is due the day before service.  You may make a payment through the portal by  Credit/Debit Card processing, Apple Pay & Google Pay. 


$5 Late fee will be applied for each day your invoice goes unpaid.


Tipping is not required, but always appreciated!
